Cannot Upload Torrents to Site, and Torrent Register Issue [message #3133]

Hello,

I have recently installed phpmybittorrent. The install went flawlessly. I am able to login as an admin etc, the issue i am having is i cannot upload torrents to the site, when i try it just redirects me back to the upload page. Also when i create a torrent i enter my tracker url http://mysite/announce.php i start seeding it but my torrent client displays an error saying Torrent not registered with this tracker. Any assistance would be appreciated.
