lol then there is your answer. free host = no good for trackers. get a paid host.

you can try this to see if this soves the issue.

looks like your pm ajax is being blocked. maybe try the way i recive pms to see if helps.

that error is caused by your server adding adds to your pages and the adds are html and the PM notice Reads xml you well need to tell your host not to put adds on pm_ajax.php
