which theme are you using and do you still have pmbt theme installed? Is your torrents/ chmod to 777?

have you made any edits to the theme?
are you paying for your host or is it a Free host?
when you put PMBT theme back did you change your theme to PMBT to test it?

Please Instal a clean PMBT them go to your profile and change your theme to PMBT (do not use the quick change as it is a cookie based change and not a data base)
Now try to down load and see if that works.
If it dose then you have a problem with your theme.
If so can you please provide a copy of your theme so that I may take a look.

whilst your speaking of cookie changed themes. since removing 3 or 4 themes from my site, i still see the themes on theme change.cleard cookies lots of times also.

New errors with the theme PMBT:
Underlined in red bugs can not help putting a theme well!
In the second image links appear as white!
already tried the css but found nothing!
