In the Administration Menu I set up my site to give upload access to everyone. Basically, I want anyone to be able to upload - even non-users. Unfortunately, when a non-user tries to upload an error message comes up:
"Access Denied"
"You do not have Permissions to Access Upload at this time"

go to admin =>level and create a new level guest and apply Permissions.
