I reinstalled the tracker with an old backup .I uploaded new torrents, but nobody can download new torrents boarded after resettlement!! Download old torrents work >>doawnloaded new torrents (uploaded after ressetelment)not working!!

first make sure the torrent is in the torrent directory well be listed as the id# (1.torrent,2.torrent)
then make sure that torrent directory is read/write able.
