I set it up ok, no errors along the way, I see the tables created, uploaded a .torrent file, it listed on the index, had a friend and myself (from a diff client) try to download the torrent, my seeding client sees both peers in the list, im using uTorrent the peers do not show up in the peers tabs (below list of torrents). The clients see the seed and the peers in the listbox, but the torrent wont upload at all.
Ive uploaded torrents before, so its not an outgoing connection problem on my end. Im not sure what the problem is at this point. Ive tweeked as much as I know to change the settings.

Does your server support autoscrape? Try just to go into configuration settings and disable the "autoscrape" function. Often works. phpMyBitTorrent doesn't give unconnectable peers' IPs
Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself.

List Unconnectable Users
Please dont use the mass PM too often. we dont want to spam the users, just let them know they are unconnectable.
Every week would be ok.
