Hi joeroberts,
Thanks for the prompt reply. I had the display_errors turned on actually. I didn't know what was the problem. So, I took a step to download phpBB3 from the phpBB webby. and replaced the files. Apparently, this fixed my problem for installing phpBB3.
[Edited: I had login problem initially but I think it works when I use an ip instead of localhost.]
Thank you very much for the prompt reply.
Regards,
softz.
PS: I'm very sorry for the wrong section posting.

Hi,
I downloaded directly from the site, phpMyBitTorrentV2.0.3Gold.rar.
I think version 2.0.3. So, did I do the right thing?
Also, aside from that, I've searched through the posts, you mentioned that as long as we set the Site Url correctly, we would have the announce.php in the folder.
Well, here is my case, my local is http://ip/mybittorrent
so my Site Url was set to that and my and my cookie domain set to ip/mybittorrent.
I was making a torrent for testing using DNA 2.2.2. What do I put for the Announce URL? I used "http://ip/mybittorrent" and the status stated "Tracker sending invalid data: <NULL>". I tried to check it using torrent clinic and results are the url is invalid.
[Edited:
I think I found out the steps for announce url.
1. Create torrent with announce url: http://ip/mybittorrent/announce.php.
2. Upload the torrent file to the site.
3. It works.
Did I do the right steps?
]
And yes, my forum doesn't work.
Thanks.
